Rocío Montoya is a photographer, collage maker and editor based in Madrid, Spain. I had seen her collages many, many times in different associations before but never visited her homepage until now, and I was blown away by their delicate beauty. Her illustrative and couture -like ensembles circles beautifully around human figures creating emotionally charged visual poems.
