Once a upon time there was man called Johnross Post living in Chigago, USA. The legend tells that this talented art director lived normal life during the daytime, but when the night fell down and the darkness covered the city, this mad collagist locked himself in his laboratory and started to cut and paste like the next sunrise would end everything.
He creates nicely detailed ensembles that beautifully balances with soft shapes and illustrative chaos and I totally underwrite it when he says ”his works are kinda all over the place”. You can see his attraction to fashion and comic book imagery thru his collages and he has developed a very nice way to mix those worlds to build variable yet personal works.
