Okaywill – Falling for you
When I came across this video earlier today on Facebook I immediately recognized the Anthony Zinonos’ collaging. The directors Gung-Kai Koo & Po-Chen Chia created the video by using the cutout animation which goes perfectly hand in hand with Anthony’s (design and art direction of the video) minimal style. The added motion highlights beautifully the clever usage of negative space and overall the super minimalistic set of pieces.
Now introduced artist Okaywill is a relatively unknown South Carolina based singer-songwriter. I tried to find some details about him, but he is keeping himself mysterious. The song comes as the title track from his upcoming EP which comes out later this year.
