Two Door Cinema Club – Dirty Air
Irish indie rock band Two Door Cinema Club joined their forces with the artist Jordan Martin to create a music video for ”Dirty Air”, a fresh tune from their new album ”False Alarm”.
I like that it’s not just still collages waken to life with stop-motion animation but the whole thing it’s a pretty wild mixture of stop-motion, video clips and then you could say live collaging, including hands opening cuttings and foldings, dripping paint, etc. And everything goes together so well with the upbeat rock song. It’s always cool when a more mainstream band decides to use the medium on their visuals and the art form gains visibility and reaches a wider audience.
